Terms of Service

  • Users agree to use BookedAgain services solely for lawful business purposes.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to billing date.
  • Refunds for performance guarantees are honored per terms shown at time of purchase.
  • BookedAgain is not liable for customer misuse of contact databases or unauthorized outreach.
  • We reserve the right to suspend service in cases of abuse, illegal activity, or system interference.

Compliance Statement

BookedAgain is fully committed to compliance with all applicable communication regulations, including:

  • TCPA: All outreach campaigns require prior opt-in and include opt-out mechanisms on every channel.
  • CAN-SPAM: All email reactivation campaigns include clear identification, opt-out links, and company contact information.
  • FCC: Voice campaigns are permission-based, recorded for quality assurance, and follow all timing restrictions.

Clients are responsible for maintaining legal contact permissions within their own CRM or list uploads. BookedAgain provides tools and disclaimers to help enforce this.
